  1. Ardha Matsyendrasana - This  asana is a popular seated twist. This twisting pose increase flexibility in the spine, calm the mind, relax the nervous system, improve digestion, and cleanse the internal organs.
  2. Baddha Padmasana - This  asana is one of the most well-known yoga poses. This advanced posture is often used for meditation and breathing exercises (called "pranayama" in Sanskrit).
  3. Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana - This asana is an intermediate yoga posture that stretches the backs of your legs while challenging your balance.
  4. Urdhva Dhanurasana - This asana is an advanced yoga pose that stretches and opens the entire body. It can be a challenging pose to attain with correct alignment. This pose stretches the spine, shoulders, chest, upper back, and thighs.
  5. Dhanurasana - This asana is an intermediate yoga backbend pose that deeply opens the chest and the front of the body. This pose stretches the entire front part of the body, while simultaneously strengthening every muscle in the back.
  6. Bhujangasana - This asana is a beginning backbend pose in yoga that helps to prepare the body for deeper backbends poses. This pose increases the flexibility of the spine, stimulates the abdominal organs & improves digestion.
  7. Janusirsasana - This asana is a deep, forward bend that calms the mind and relieves stress.
  8. Halasana - This asana is an inverted yoga posture that stretches the spine and shoulders while rejuvenating the nervous system. This pose opens the neck, shoulders and back.
  9. Salabhasana - This pose is an intermediate backbend that tones and strengthens the entire back of the body. This pose provides the foundation for deeper backbend poses , it is often used in preparation for other poses.
  10. Savasana – This pose is used to calm the body. It is usually done at the beginning of the yoga session. It is a relaxing pose.
  11. Karnapindasana - This asana is an inversion pose. This pose is good against problems of the ears. The pose stretches your spine and helps create energy for your throat region.
  12. Mayurasana - This asana is one of the most effective detox poses. This is an advance pose.
  13. Bakasana - This asana is a compact arm balancing posture that helps in strengthening the arms as well as the abdominal organs. This pose helps develop a better sense of concentration, co-ordination, and balance.
  14. Purvottanasana - This asana is an intermediate back-bending yoga pose that builds strength and flexibility. This pose simultaneously strengthens and stretches your shoulders.
  15. Trikonasana - This asana is a standing, deep-twisting yoga pose that stretches the whole body. It squeezes and massages your digestive organs.
  16. Gomukhasana - This asana is a seated yoga posture that deeply stretches the hips and shoulders. It calms the mind and brings balance to the whole body.
  17. Salamba Sirsasana - This asana is most suited for a person who has reached the intermediate level in yoga. This pose is often referred as Mother or Father of all yoga pose.
  18. Padmasana - This asana is considered by many to be the "classic" yoga pose. This pose is often used for meditation.
