  1. Orange - Orange fruit belongs to citrus family. Orange fruit contains an impressive list of essential nutrients, vitamins, minerals for normal growth and development and overall well-being. Oranges, like other citrus fruits, are an excellent source of vitamin C.
  2. Lime - Lime fruits are small, green citrus fruits of round/oval shape, which turn yellow on ripening. It is a versatile fruit with a sweet and sour taste. This fruit is widely consumed in the form of drinks, jams, pickles, candies, snacks etc.
  3. Grapes - Grapes are the fruit of a woody grape vine. Grapes can be eaten raw or used for making wine, juice and jelly/jam.Grapes come in different colours red, purple, white and green are some examples.
  4. Cashew - Cashew fruit is a soft fruit, rich in nutrients and contains five times more vitamin C than an orange. It can be eaten fresh, cooked in curries, the fruit is completely edible and has a mixed blend of sour and sweet taste.
  5. Rose Apple / Water Apple - Rose Apple or Water Apple is a bell-shaped fruit, about 5 to 8 cm long. The fruit is pink to red in colour with white texture flesh. The fruit possess rich amount of iron, calcium, fibre, Vitamin C, protein and Vitamin A.
  6. Carambole - Carambole also known as star fruit are tropical fruits. The skin is thin, smooth, and waxy and turns a light to dark yellow when ripe. The flesh is light yellow to yellow in colour. Carambole is rich in antioxidants, potassium & vitamin C & low in sugar, sodium & acid.
  7. Fresh Dates - Dates are sweet, delicious fruits from the tropical oasis. The date fruit has a fleshy, external coating, which when removed displays a single, stone-like, hard seed. It is considered to be a natural remedy for many health issues.
  8. Pear - Pear are sweet, delicious and rich flavoured fruit. Pear fruit is one of the very low calorie fruits. They contain good quantities of vitamin C.
  9. Toddy Palm Fruit - Toddy palm has a sweet jelly seed sockets. They are translucent pale-white in colour similar to that of the lychee but with a milder flavour and no pit.
